Hello! My name is Christina, and I'm a certified energy healer, shamanic practitioner, and spiritual coach. I'm here to hold a safe and sacred space for you on your healing journey so you can reconnect with your true self. My goal is to encourage you as you create and manifest your highest potential. I'm a firm believer that we can achieve whatever we speak into the universe and focus our energy on, and I'm a living example of this.

What is Shamanism?

Shamanism is the world's oldest form of spiritual healing, a tradition of wisdom practiced by indigenous cultures globally for thousands of years. It offers a holistic approach by recognizing that your body, mind, and spirit are not separate—they are an interwoven embodiment of your total health.

Diving Deeper Than Modern Medicine

When you experience trauma, chronic pain, or emotional distress, modern Western medicine often focuses on managing symptoms with medication.

Shamanic healing takes a different path. It is energy work that dives deep into your energetic body to identify the true source of the issue. We don't just treat the symptoms; we work to find the original trauma imprint that created the problem. By clearing out the source of the wound and overriding the old pattern, we allow for genuine, lasting healing.

How We Work Together

Think of the practitioner as a bridge between the physical world and the spiritual realm. I work with Spirit Allies—including ancestors, power animals, and the lineage of the Incan Shaman—to bring about profound healing and balance. My role is to hold a sacred space for your healing journey, helping you to reconnect with your highest, most empowered, authentic self.

You may ask if this aligns with your personal beliefs, and the answer is absolutely. Shamanism is not a religion; it's a practice of connection. As long as you are open to the experience, there are no boundaries. I open sacred space and call in the highest powers and energies that align personally with you and your spiritual path.

Shamanic Healing Modalities

During our sessions, we utilize powerful, ancient techniques to restore your energy and promote lasting change.

Illumination:

This process is designed to release you from the weight of your past, specifically clearing the trauma imprints and life conditioning that create negative, repeating patterns.

  • Benefit: It helps rewire your energetic body, resulting in immediate feelings of deep relaxation and an observable sense of lightness and freedom.

Extraction:

This process is the gentle removal of intrusive or misplaced energies lodged in your energetic body. These can be deep imprints from life trauma, past-life events, or negative energies picked up navigating the world.

  • Benefit: By tracking and removing these disruptive fragments, we restore your natural energetic flow, relieving localized pain and emotional discomfort for clarity and peacefulness.

Soul Retrieval:

A process to address the energetic disconnection that happens when a part of your soul essence leaves due to trauma, seeking safety. I journey to the specific time or event to find this lost fragment and actively coax it home.

    I welcome you to schedule time with me at Moon Treasures Curiosity shop in Baker City where we will spend 90 minutes together discussing your intention and how I can hold space for you and best support you. Each session is tailored to the individual. I will perform the energy work that I intuitively feel will be best for you and your situation.

    I ask $170- for this offering.

    Drop in with me over Zoom, or by phone for a 60 minute one on one energy healing session. Where we will discuss your intention and how I can best hold space and support you. Each Session is tailored to the individual. I will perform the energy work that I feel called to perform during our time together.
